I grew up in Richland, Washington and then attended Whitworth University in Spokane for my bachelor’s degree and later Eastern Washington University for my masters degree in school counseling. I have worked at Lakeland since the fall of 1998 and consider myself a Lakeland Hawk for life! 

One of the things I love the most about Lakeland is the community and culture we have here. It is so rewarding to be a part of a student’s journey as they grow throughout high school and launch into their adult lives. I seek to treat each student with respect and provide them with the academic and personal support they need.

I have been married to my husband Bruce since 1998 and have two amazing children who both graduated from Lakeland. In my free time I enjoy exercising, golfing, reading, hiking, playing with my dogs, traveling, time at the lake, and most of all, spending time with friends and family.
