REGISTRATION
Before you can try out for Golf this fall (tryouts on Aug 11th), you must complete the registration process. You will not be allowed to try out if these are not completed and turned in by Aug 7th:

Online Registration: Registration must be completed each year of athletic participation. Please create an account at lakelandhawks.bigteams.com, and it will take you through the process.

Interim Form: An interim form must be submitted to the front office in grades 10 (if you competed in a sport during 9th grade at LHS) and 12 (if you competed in a sport during 11th grade at LHS).

Sports Physical: A sports physical is required for all new LHS athletes. An updated/new sports physical is required in 11th grade. Please turn this into the front office.

Paid ASB: Please bring the $40 ASB fee to the LHS front office. You can pay this fee during school registration. A paid ASB fee is required for each year of athletic participation as these funds help pay for our expenses.
