REGISTRATION

Before you can start XC this fall, you must complete the registration process.  You are not allowed to start fall official practices until all of these are completed:

1. Online Registration:  Registration must be completed each year of athletic participation.  Please create an account at lakelandhawks.bigteams.com, and it will take you through the process.

2. Paid ASB:  Please bring the $40 ASB fee to the LHS front office.  You can pay this fee during school registration.  A paid ASB fee is required for each year of athletic participation as these funds help pay for our expenses.

3. Interim Form:  An interim form must be submitted to the front office in grades 10 (if you competed in a sport during 9th grade at LHS) and 12 (if you competed in a sport during 11th grade at LHS).

4. Sports Physical:  A sports physical is required for all new LHS athletes.  An updated/new sports physical is required in 11th grade.  Please turn this into the front office.

5.  Impact Test:  An impact test is required for all new LHS athletes.  An updated/new impact test is required in 11th grade.  These must now be completed at Lakeland High School.  Impact tests completed elsewhere are not valid.  Contact the school for testing dates and times.

REMIND TEXT MESSAGES

Anyone interested in XC should sign up for Remind text messages.  You can also sign up in the app if you have it.  We do most of our communication via Remind, so both athletes and parents are encouraged to join.  Do so right away if you are considering joining the team this fall so you don’t miss out on summer activities!
