Impact Test are required for all Freshman, Juniors and any newly enrolled student. Impact Test can also be done at Lakeland Immediate Care (208-687-4878), you will need to call ahead of time and schedule an appointment.
Sports Physicals, Interim Questionnaires, Impact Test must be done prior to the 1st practice.
